I conduct workplace investigations in union and nonunion environments. A workplace investigation can include staff, managers, or both. It can be conducted in organizations of any size, or among customers and clients. I ensure that reported concerns are fully investigated in a timely manner and documented properly to help protect the safety of everyone involved.

Investigations are cost-effective strategies that help reduce mental health harm before it escalates, because they prioritize the emotional and psychological safety of the parties involved.

I bring a combination of rigorous and formal education, specialized certification, and nearly two decades of investigative experience to every investigation. I have done the real-life work, and my training ensures a process that is fair, thorough, and procedurally sound.
